Can anybody help.... Ive been getting facial acne cysts, very big and after they disapear and the pus or liquid drains away or pops im left with a hard, skin coloured lump/bump which wont go away and wont get smaller or may take months even years to shrink.... what is this? What is it filled with and more importantly what can i do to get rid of the lump. Its painless, very hard and skin coloured but nothing seems to work... any help would be wonderful
