Hello,

I've been experiencing the problem with the red marks/acnes for about one year. Been to many dermatologists and they suggested some creams that never worked tho. I get acnes when my immune system is weak(right now), but I have problem with the red marks that are left after acnes. Some acnes heal very well and some of them, just don't. I used AHA exfoliacs which are very good for my acnes as  I can see, but nothing works for my red marks. I don't touch my acnes, but sometimes they become so big that after washing they start to bleed like one on my picture.

I though of buying Paula's 2% BHA, but I don't know if its gonna help me.

Any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

You need to treat the acne before you can treat the red marks. If you're still getting acne, you're going to be getting more new red marks everytime a new pimple pops up.

Don't focus on fading the red marks yet, but rather have your acne under control. Once you've stopped or at least controlled the breakouts, you can then focus on the marks 😛

Thanks for answer!

My acnes show only when my immune system is weak + I cure them very well when they show.
New ones don't leave me red marks so much, but the old red marks, from old acnes, are persistent and I can't fade them away.

Natural route: aloe vera, exfoliation
Topical: retinols, aha/bha

If those don't work: IPL (intense pulse laser)

Currently I am putting AHA and after 15 minutes I clean my face and put Aloe Vera on my face.

I can see some improvements tho.

Went to my dermatologist, too. She said we should get rid off acnes first(as comment above) with some antibiotic pills. If that doesn't work we should start with roacuttane therapy which will help 99%.

Any suggestion from someone who had similar case?

before you do any of this first wash your hand thoroughly to prevent the transfer of bacteria to your skin. Then wash your face with warm water to open up the pores. Use different pieces of orange peels for each spot you want to treat. You may apply the orange juice with cotton buds. It may help you to get rid of acne marks
