I'm 21 years old and have been dealing with acne for over 10 years, I would get spots here and there and after 3-5 days they would be gone. Now I'm Freaking out!! About a month ago my acne started to leave behind small red scars  this has never happended to me before! I use scar cream but it barley seems to help, I'm just not sure what to do.... I've tried every medication suggested by dermatologists, over the counter stuff, nothing seems to work for me. Some people say diet is important and to avoid certain foods which I've been trying with no luck. Some people say do a 7 day detox to get rid of toxins from over the years of eating crappy foods. I just need any advise or suggestions please!!
