Stubborn BLACKHEADS!

Hi I'm new to the regimen (just started last night) and I wondered if it works on super stubborn blackheads and oily skin in the t-zone? I've tried everything including tretinoin 0.05% gel and nothing has worked so far! Thanks Amy
