Could you elaborate? Are they sinking in, becoming deeper/more depressed? Or are they becoming more red? The latter is the norm from what I understand. You should expect prolonged bruising and redness when you suction.
If they appear more depressed , did you try suctioning them longer or harder ? MAybe there is a need of a bigger stimulus in your case to push them out. Also ,be careful not to over-suct(ion
