jackiwoj 11 Share Posted January 30, 2016 Hi All, I had a big pimple by my mouth yesterday that was extremely noticeable even under makeup. I used my extractor tool to poke a tiny hole and when I went to extract it was only filled with clear fluid. I dabbed some persagel on overnight and it's smaller but still a hard bump that looks slightly filled again. Does anyone know what these are and how to treat them? Thanks!
