How long have you been on accutane? I imagine it might help in the early stages if you're not dry yet.

I haven't been on Accutane, but I would say it's fine in the early stages. Once you start drying up from the tane, though, I would imagine the BP will be far too irritating.

Everything I've seen says not to use any acne products while on accutane. If you decide to use the bp anyway, use it sparingly! I wasn't extremely dry on accutane and I think now that bp would have helped me with my initial breakout.

I'm on accutane (2 months now, low dose, 10mg/day) and I use BP but only once or once EOD. And only a thin layer.

The reason you're not supposed to use BP is because it can burn your skin when it's already dry and extremely sensitive on accutane. If you're not dry or very sensitive then you're probably fine but be very careful as you become more dry/sensitive.
