I've read you shouldn't use any other acne creams with it, but I've also heard of people using benzoyl peroxide and it helped clear their skin up faster. Fudgesicle87 41 Share Posted January 27, 2016 Everything I've seen says not to use any acne products while on accutane. If you decide to use the bp anyway, use it sparingly! MoNigheanDonn 1 Share Posted February 2, 2016 The reason you're not supposed to use BP is because it can burn your skin when it's already dry and extremely sensitive on accutane.
