My dermatologist says i have seborrhea, but I think it may be a combination. I have dandruff/scales on my forehead and less on nose, not around it. My concern is not the scales, because I dont get much, but the redness and yellowness. Ive noticed that this condition of mine is triggered by poor sleep quality and stress. Ive been dealing with this since 12-13, im 16 now. My first visit was a month ago and during this time Ive been prescribed advantan, itranox, itranol, budesonide and have started applying ketarol shampoo a day ago, from which i saw an immediate improvement, but after 6 hours of sleep the redness came back. Using the cortisones only improved my forehead, not other parts. I also suffer from anemia and sleep deprivation because Im always sleepy. My skin is oily in the T zone and normal on cheeks. I wash my face twice daily and Ive used both soap bars and cleansers, but havent found the right one.
The pics when i look pale are  done without flash.IMG_20160122_093800.jpg.352c366503d735abIMG_20160122_094150.thumb.jpg.07a1c2d817IMG_20160122_094007.jpg.c88514da59639797IMG_20160122_093312.thumb.jpg.a76c34e5b6IMG_20160122_093057.jpg.1a101f415bcd8008IMG_20160122_092923.thumb.jpg.22bcd32d90

Around your nose is where I had awful seberm before I went on accutane. Unfortunately I do still get flareups there but they last a couple of days at most.

accutane did clear it, however, but it remained behind my ears, so i'm not 100% sure if it was actually seb derm or not..i'll try to post a photo later of mine pre-accutane.

before accutane, the only thing that controlled it was sunbeds. Now this is risky, but I did one five minute sunbed a week. If you want too, perhaps give that a go for a couple of weeks and see if there's noticeable improvement

Its classic seborrhiec dermatitis. The anti fungals like Ketoconozole should help. The only thing that helps me is hydrcortisone. Im on accutane right now. will let you know how it goes.

Does seborriheic dermatitis cause pores to suddenly be visible or large looking do you know?
