I've spent a few years ignoring how my uneven skin actually looks. I take care of it, keep it clean, but I haven't really looked at my pores and marks closely until recently. Its driving me batshit! I know I've still got a long road ahead, but so far, I've gotten a couple of jessner peels (planning on at least 6), a microderm, and I also plan on using a dermaroller starting next month (if it doesn't break me out for my test patch).
Anyway, does anyone know what these scars are and if I'm on the right track? It's uneven, greasy, red, and incredibly frustrating. Plus my pores are huge and scarred.

majority are boxcar/rolling ...... you have about 3-4 icepicks which is nothing. lucky you.
99% of that can easily be taken care of with smoothing procedures, i wouldn't needle those types of scars. Do something very minimal and non-invasive like 6 microderm treatments. or 3 fraxel;restores (not repair)
