Vitamins A D & K2

There seems to be a bit of debate on this forum about whether or not we should supplement with vitamins A, D and K2.
For those of you who are taking these vitamins, what dose of each are you taking and what are your reasons for taking them?
For those of you who think we should avoid supplementing with vitamin A, D or K2, what are your reasons for avoiding them?
I recently found a vitamin A, D and K2 supplement in the below ratios. I'm considering taking 1 serving (capsule) 2-3 times per week. I've already had my vitamin D levels tested and they are toward the bottom of the range.

Vitamin K2 (as MK-7) 500 mcg 625%
