Sebaceous Filament Damage Reversible?

Hey Acne.org! New to this, but I am very very curious to know if sebaceous filament damage is reversible. Okay, so during sixth grade, I started squeezing the filaments on my nose incorrectly, and now I have really visible sebaceous filaments and pores. I was wondering if there's a way to reverse the damage and clear away the sebaceous filaments... I'm a guy, so I don't know much about skin care, but I'm open for suggestions! I don't have access to things like facials or stuff along those lines also.
