I heard tca peels are good for that but Ihave had great results with Retin A.

You still have active acne so you need to get that under control before tackling the skin tone and marks.

i think salycilic acid is your answer for that
regarding your active acne and the red marks that will fade with time your skin is perfect, just worry to keep your acne under control.
