What is causing my acne? ( Please Help If You Can Or If You're Having This Issue Too)

I am 14 years old, 15 in around a month. I have acne-issues on my face. My forehead used to be where it focused on, but I got a cleaning acne cream that reduced it and it's not red, now it's more of acne-scars or left overs than red pimples. Now my pimples are going to my chin and cheeks instead and they aren't going away good. Whenever I go to school it is ESPECIALLY bleeding-red looking. Here's what is given

My Diet:

Breakfast - Scrambled Egg + Some ketchup + one long cup of Hot Chocolate : 6:00 A.M.
Medicine - Adderall : 6:30 A.M.
School Lunch - 2 Fig Bar Snacks : 11:30 A.M
Lunch - One - One 1/2 Apple : 2:30 P.M
Dinner - Used to be a bowl of brown rice and seaweed wrapped but now switching to things like Salads or Cucumbers where it's making progress : 6:00 P.M.

I take two water bottles to school and drink them throughout the day from 7:00 A.M. - 1:30 P.M. and I drink one cup of water at morning with Adderall, one cup around the time I get home 2:30ish time, and 1 cup during dinner. Sometimes I drink even more. Any help or suggestions?

I am also very tall and skinny and no one has skin acne like me, and they eat worse than me... It makes me mad... Pimples like to appear on my face from Cheeks, Chins, and Nose now...

Does taking a cold shower after the hot shower in the morning help or putting icepack on your face help? I did that for the while of the few days and it got better it appeared during those times.

I am Korean and more than likely got Korean skin and I'm dark skinned too. I'd like the dark skin to go away now too because it really is bugging me. Ask me questions if you need more info!
