acne for 18 years

I started getting acne when I was 12. I am 30 now and still getting acne. I know that I have low progesterone and androgen sensitivity.
I have tried everything under the sun and am still following these rules:
1) Dairy-free, gluten-free diet, with lot of water
2) Daily exercise and breathing exercises, with 6-7 hours of sleep every night (I don't get more sleep than this). My stress levels are not so high.
3) Current Supplements: Chlorella, vitamin C, omega-3 and natural progesterone cream during the luteal phase
4) Non-comedogenic moisturizer
In the past, I tried isotretinoin, zinc, milk thistle, magnesium, curcumin etc.

I get acne throughout the month, but big cysts during the luteal phase. I have small white pustules on the forehead and red cysts as well as white pustules on the jawline.
I don't know what more can I do.
Please help.
