Hey guys, i know this is a long shot but i feel i'm going crazy.
i've always had really itchy acne, and always been an obsessive picker. Over the past week I've been not touching my skin at all. Im surprised at how normal my skin looks when i haven't irritated it, sure its still bumpy with papules on my cheeks, but its really quite unnoticeable. The thing is, without me poking at it all the time, its incredibly itchy all over. My skin is not dry. Antihistamines help a little but not much. Could this mean my problem
is not even acne, considering i rarely get pus filled acne.

UPDATE TO FUTURE PEOPLES:

Turns out I was having a freaking awful allergic reaction to a new cleanser I was trying, Neutrogena acne stress control wash. It's a bunch of chemicals anyway, so I don't reccommend it.
