Drinking tea probably won't fix skin issues by itself but it's good to replace coffee, alcohol or any sugary drink with tea and water.

It certainly doesn't harm your skin, and it's really really good for you and tastes great too so definitely worth a try. Even if it doesn't help your skin, it provides a range of health benefits  

Not too sure. I've been drinking 2-3 cups a day for a few years just because I like the taste and it chills me out. I'm pretty much 100% clear these days, but it's hard to say what part the tea played in it.

I've also been drinking this tea ever since, I forgot about how I first saw this as an ''acne treatment'' because it just taste so good!
