I had accutane treatment 3 years ago that was sucessful. My face and body are almost always clear with the occasional pimple or two. My problem is I constantly have cystic scalp acne. I have cleared it with bactrum at times but obviously when I complete the bactrum it comes back. Has anyone had success treating this? I have tried switching shampoos and I have currently been using sauna and steam with some relief.
I know this is old and you may not see this but wounded warrior, I can completely relate. I'm desperate to find something to get this under control. I've done accutane twice, been on many antibiotics, creams, shampoos, currently on probiotics and using apple cider vinegar as a hair rinse. How are you doing now? Find anything that worked?
