Guys, what is this on my chest?

Suffered with these sort of small spots on my chest for years. Most noticeable after exercise (sweating of any sort). I also find that if I wear high necked tops or cardigans I break out with these. They sort of get worse and then go away after a week/ become less noticeable, then come back!

Any clue on what these are and how to get rid?

Wow I have the exact. Same. Thing. Mine also become more pronounced after sweating and also come and go in severity.
To be quite honest they never bother me much because I never really wear clothing that exposes them. Usually I never do anything to them for this reason. But I have been exfoliating lately and it is helping. I think it may be folliculitis too (or else, just simply clogged pores), and using bp on them does help, which makes sense with my guess on what they are. So maybe try some sort of manual exfoliating, i'm using a konjac sponge atm. :)

Most likely Pityrosporum Folliculitis if it flares up after sweating, get's irritated by clothing and if it comes and go's.

Thanks for the replies guys

This is starting to emotionally upset me now. It's also getting worse and I really don't know what to do :( I have an appointment with a dermatologist coming up in the next couple months and hoping to get prescribed Accutane  - do you think accutane would help something like this?

It's also getting worse and spreading to my shoulders :'(

I've stopped exercising and been using dove nourishing body wash, I've just started using Duac on it so hopefully it helps.

From what I've seen accutane used for....I don't think your situation is severe enough for it. My back is much worse then your current situation and doctors are hesitant to put me on accutane....

Thanks for your reply. Honestly I've had acne for 12 years now and seriously out done mostly all treatments available. The only thing I haven't tried is Accutane so I'm just hoping theycan let megive it a go.
