People in 6th grade to so many years after get this type of acne. It's comedomes that become inflamed slightly. Very often it is caused by people who wear makeup and have oily skin and do not properly clean it off and disinfect. Other causes are also very likely. Many people who sweat a lot and constantly rub and swipe away sweat from the forehead and cheeks will cause this.

To fix use salicylic acid after you cleanse. Use a deep cleanser. Moisturize using non comodegenic products only.

Those are clogged pores (comedones)

ALTHOUGH it does seem to look like heat rashes, which usually go away after 2-3 weeks without the need for topical treatment.

I had them before and they look almost identical to what you have.

If you DO have heat rashes, i reccomend that you apply cold compresses to the area and wait for it to heal on its own.

Are they itchy at all?

My forehead is totally similar to this. It's broke out bad recently like this so frustrating I'm currently using differin.
