I have a very small (like 2 mm) colorless pimple on my nose that doesn't go away. It's round and can't be popped. I asked my dermatologist and he said it's a sun spot. But I searched up sunspots online and it doesn't look anything like it? Sometimes it gets red if it's irritated. Does anyone know what I'm talking about and how to get rid of it? Thanks!
