Okay,I do know that whey protein cause acne(though drems would always disagree) but I want to know to what extent it aggravates acne.I am trying to gain muscle and it's quite necessary to increase protein intake.
for me it is really bad. it is really easy to find soy protein that you can put into shakes but im allergic to that so i have to buy hemp protein and it tastes pretty bad.
does it depend on you much you can tolerate dairy products?If that's so I don't think I am gonna have any problems since I drink around 1 litre everyday since 7.
