OMG!!!!! U GUYS MUST TRY THIS!!

Recommended Posts

I've got really sensitive skin which Bp love's to tear apart. Only thing bp does for me, is bring things to a head. And even then theirs alternate ways of doing so. Hot compress is my method. Any way you get off the chemicals will help you in the long run.

You may break out from not using BP, but think of how harsh your skin will be down the road. The sooner your skin adjusts to regular treatment of just water, the better. Slowly reduce the amount you use until you feel comfortable to stop.

I'm really lov'n the BakindSoda, It works great to exfoliate the skin. As long as your gentle and follow delna's steps, You'll see improvement.

Oh and... DONT TOUCH,POKE,PINCH,SQUEEZE or anything to harm your skin. ;)

I've followed this regimen strictly for the past week, after 2 days, the result was amazing. A can really see a difference, but then on the fifth day, my skin started to become dry. It's so dry you can feel it tight when I smile. My face is also red.

The 'acne cream' I use is the jason aloe vera gel mixed with tea tree oil.

Am I scrubbing to hard?

Am I using too much lemon juice? Am I leaving it for too long?

Is tea tree oil the culprit?

Shucks, I'm so worried.

Sorry if this question has been asked but don't have time to go through all the posts.

This regime seems to have worked for a lot of people but does it work long term? Ideally Delna can tell us :)

If yes, I will try it and let you know how I get on, may even email pics as well for evidence.

Can I use normal Apple Vinegar instead of Apple Cider Vinegar?

Delna recommended Apple cider vinegar not any flavoured varieties of vinegar. i would stick as close as possible to the original recipe although I don't like the thought of wasting eggs!

I'm answering my own post a while back.

I've found out that what irritated my skin is the baking soda scrub (yes, it's a scrub, a super fine one, though). I now use the baking soda with cetaphil only 2-3x per week and I NEVER RUB, just smoosh it around.

My mom whom I saw last week told me whatever I was doing was working. My scars are fading and FAST! I'm so happy!

I still get new pimples, one every 4 days. But these are not as bad as the cystic ones I used to have. These are superficial ones and heal wonderfully, the spots just turn pinkish, not bright red.

I added ACV to the lemon and egg white mask and it's working great. I would suggest it to anyone. 2 tbsp egg white + 1 tbsp lemon juice + 1 tbsp ACV. Leave on the face for 10-15 minutes or when the mixture becomes dry.

I am wondering what happens when you stop using this procedure on your skin. Will the red marks become visual again or are they truly gone forever? Vinegar smels like shit though! I have a bottle myself.. yuck! Why don't you rather listen to the skin doctors, those are the ones who knows best how to treat different skin issues. I could try yout method but first I'd like to know how your skin develops. Try for one month and stop doing this, then let us now how you look without this procedure. No one bothers doing this procedure daily.. not in the long run..

Hey Delna. I'm all about using at home products. I'm really excited to try this thanks! Just one question. Could I substitute the vineagar for lemon juice? Its also an acid so wouldn't it do the same?

So I just started this last night and I really noticed a difference when I woke us this morning. I may be the only one that can tell ;) but i'm sure in time it will be obvious enough to everyone. I have really bad red marks on my cheeks and chin and a few darker marks around my mouth, but I've just recently finally gotten rid of my acne and I hope this will do the trick and get rid of the red marks too. I'll keep you all updated. For anyone reading this. Please try it. From what i've read the only people that need to be really careful when trying this are those with really sensitive skin and those using accutane.

I have continued to use this regimen and I have noticed amazing results! It's only been 4 days and I feel like over half my red marks have faded. Tonight I noticed a glow to my skin that I hadn't seen in such a long time. Thank you Delna. I am truly grateful.

I just started ACV a week ago today. Relatively pimple-free nowadays (finally) so I might as well as my red marks drive me nuts. I don't use the egg white mask at night as I don't have any lemons at the moment and I'm honestly too lazy to buy some lol, so for now I'm using an aspirin mask in it's place.

As for the results, it's still somewhat early too tell but my red marks look a tad better in the week I've been doing ACV. Hopefully it'll get more clear over the next few weeks.

I started a week ago (inc Mask) and have noticed a slight decrease in red marks and more even tone to the skin. However, I have very sensitive skin so noticed an increase in spots. That is probably down to the the exfoliation despite the fine nature of the Bicarb but could be just the skin getting used to the new regimen so I going to persevere for a couple of months.

The mask seems to give the skin a glow and makes it feel soft, it doesn't seem to help out with redness but I could be wrong. Even so I am going to cut this down to twice a week.

Good luck.

This may be a dumb question, but will this process work with the cleanser and BP that is sold through this website and complex 15 moisturizer?

Hey I know some of these questions have been asked before but I would like some clarification if possible :D

1.) The Egg doesn't have to be boiled, just raw egg with the yolk removed and lemon juice added right?

2.) Can it all be done at night opposed to morning + evening? (Cleanse, Baking Soda, Apple Cider Vinaeger, Egg White Mask, Dan's BP, Moisturize) I will be willing to split it up but it would add serious time on to my preparation in the morning.

3.) I should exfoliate using Baking Soda every single night? And I should use the egg white mask every single night?

Any answers at all would help, thank you so much.

Hey,

I actually have been trying this out for 2 weeks. I have noticed a DEFINITE decrease in my marks. They're not BRIGHT red. They're getting pinker aka FADING! YAY. I would say its about 15% diminshed, and honestly that is saying alot, because i haven't seen that much improvement in even a month of not doing anything about my marks. I'm going to continue to do this until my marks VANISH. Oh and guys for the eggwhite mask, get those eggwhites that they cell in the cartons in the supermarket. They have the yolks already removed and you won't be wasting so many eggs. It lasts a long time too.

I just read this thread two days ago and so I thought I'd try it out. I have certain red marks that have been on me for over two years! In two days, they have faded quite nicely. Only problem is that I can not tolerate the smell of vinegar, but I've managed. Great thread!
