Is this scarring or hyperpigmentation? I can't seem to figure out what is going on with my forehead. Some days/time of day my forehead looks perfect, while other times it looks like it might be a bunch of indents. Even with the flashlight method, sometimes it looks like scarring, other times the skin looks relatively flat. If they are indents they are quite shallow (you can see what is a chicken pox scar over my left eye which isn't that deep, so the scarring is shallow). I just don't know whether I am being paranoid over this or whether this rough texture is indeed scarring. I've attached two pictures one a little bit out of the light and one under fluorescent lighting at work. What can I do to correct this?
