Red Marks On Face - Not Sure If Pih?

Hello there I hope you'll be able to help me! <3

I've had these red marks / spots on my cheeks / chin for a while now and I'm not sure what they are exactly? I've been doing research and I think they might be PIH, but I'm not sure. Would any of you be able to say what you think it could be, and what I can do to treat it? I'm not sure whether to go to the doctor about it or if there's over the counter things I can buy to solve it.

I've never had any problems with acne in the past other than occasional spots and I don't wear make-up if that helps!

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated! <3

Do you have any pics that you can show us, so that we can determine what type of marks these are? More than likely it's PIH, but you can never be too sure.

I had the same problem , but I just applied aloe Vera Vaseline on it (any will do ) and they went in a couple of days , also when washing your face use cold water and throw some ice cubes in there as this really helps, do it for 10 seconds , 3 times Hope I've helped
