VixenChica777 0 Share Posted November 10, 2004 I've been using Neutrogena On the Spot for a while now but only at night because I can't figure out how to get it fully rubbed in. I put on a good amount but in a few seconds, the consistancy turns to Elmers glue and its very difficult to get it completely absorbed. I'm always left with some while residue and some little white rolls and flakies. It only gets worse when I add moisterizer. Any help?
