Thank you, but it was about as worse as this before I started using it. So I'm not sure.

Yeah- I would try washing with something else, maybe a gently cleanser like cerave or cetaphil. That acne also looks like it might respond to BP or SA (or both). It doesn't look cystic or severe, so a BP regimen should really help.

It definitely looks like it could be eczema patches. Try a gentle cleanser like Cerave until you can see a derm. BP may be too harsh at this point.

Update: My acne looks a good bit better but still kind of bad. Any advice still? I've been using a mix of PanOxyl bar soap and ZapZyt cream. Both 10% BP. I'm going to see a derm July 15th.
