I was reading researching some of the most murderous, hideous, and horrible things big companies have been doing to protect their money. I just had to create this topic. Feel free to add anything you like.

, encourage you to change brands if you see a brand is corrupt that you use.

Changes to the posts will be assisted by dates.

Coca~Cola

Growing up in Atlanta, my diet was awful. A year and a half before my acne appeared, I drank 2-6 coca colas everyday for 6 months straight. I have suspected this to be a huge step in my road to cystic acne.

Blood

Coca Cola has workers in Columbia. They violate their rights, and literally kill anyone who tries to organize anything to get them back. Every candidate chosen by the people to lead has been killed to date.

Coca Cola also puts phosphoric acid in their cokes, and that causes damage to the stomach and intestinal lining. The phosphorous acid also upsets the balance of alkaline-acid in the kidneys, and dissolves bones. While drinking it, my bones felt creaky and terrible, and it often burned very badly when I peed. It was painful enough to the point where I almost cried. So, you can see why Coca Cola was a huge step in the development of my, and many other's cystic acne.

Coca Cola not only took a lot from its consumers, but it also takes the lives of their workers and consumers. And the workers that aren't dead are suffering.

Will come complete with pictures soon, guys.

I don't work for Coca Cola, and not promoting Coca Cola, however, I would have to disagree on Coca Cola and acne, at least not on me.

I used to drink 1 can (375ml) of Coke a day on daily basis, occasionally up to 2 cans a day. About 3 years ago, I had very bad flu and GP told me not to drink Coke, so I stopped. (Instead I drink green tea.) I can honest say that there's no changes in my acne.

Coca Cola is without a doubt NOT a healthy drink. However it does have a benefit - boost instant energy.

My mom drank Coca Cola everyday 2-4 times a day, and she looks like a beauty Goddess. She's in her 40's, but people think she's 21. Flawless. Her diet was shit. I understand your results.

I'm not saying Coca Cola was the root cause of my acne. I was also drinking cow milk every single day, eating sweets every single day, and rarely ever ate "real food." I was drinking 6+ Coke bottles a day at 9 years old. That's a lot more liquid on a smaller stomach. Plus my issues are all rooted to my digestive system which coke directly affects. So, for me, it was definetely a stepping stone, though not the only stone toward my cystic acne.

Now, my mom does have other health issues, which probably isn't caused by coke alone. But also by her really unhealthy lifestyle and diet in general. Luckily for her, though, her appearance isn't suffering.

WHAT? You mean the six or more of 1.25L or 2L bottles?

These days, when I have combo meals at fast food outlet (e.g. McDonald's) I request changing the soft drink to orange juice.

I was drinking 6+ 12 oz bottles. That's 3 Liters a day average. (6 bottles a day on weekdays, up to 12 bottles on weekends)

Haven't messed with Mcdonald's since it broke me out one day within 30 minutes of eating a burger. Appleby's broke me out even faster. I guess it's for the best, anyway. Mcdonald's is like a demon of fast food. Hahaha

Those are the only 2 places I've noticed a breakout that fast. I was gonna make a youtube video of the Mcdonald's one because it was just so amazing.

3L of soft drink a day? Still a shock to me.

McDonald's is, well, convenient. At least in where I live. Perfect place for late night snack. I am not that keen in McDonald's burger and chips, but convenient drive through for orange juice and sundae.

This doesn't surprise me.

A lot of the junk sold in supermarkets unfortunately cintributes to acne. These companies are massive billion dollar companies.

The good news = More a more new business are popping up that sell healthy & convenient foods.

"color:#996633;"Grains

Grains have become such a huge part of the American diet, you'd almost think it was a conspiracy. Think about it. Burgers, Tacos, Pasta, Lasagna, Hotdogs... What meals don't involve some sort of grain? Corn really doesn't count, but I'm going to go further and say it's in almost everything and is also a grain.

I think the war on gluten is a severe overreaction. Most people who participate don't really know too much about it in the first place. However, grains can play a negative role in many people's conditions.

Most grains are described as seeds from plants. They have chemicals in them that cause holes in the intestinal walls, which allow food and bacteria to leak into the blood stream. The walls do heal themselves rather quickly. Everyday, the walls replace themselves when you're resting, using most of the blood flow.

Grains are especially bad for people with leaky gut. I really don't need to state why. But if you have it, it's best to cut down on grains. I suspect leaky gut causes my acne.

The role Grains can play in acne? When the walls of the intestines are more permeable, and bacteria and foods leak through, the body may spazz out and attack it. One thing leads to another, and this eventually leads to acne.

I've beem up near'y 24 hours. I'm gonna redo the grains portion soon. I really hate google +. They posted my comments when I thought I disabled it. They are so greedy.

Haha, you must really like orange juice. What brand do they sell you?

Yeah, Food co-ops are great places to find all the organic foods you've ever dreamed of. I couldn't find nearly as many organics anywhere else but at coops. I also hear ethnic food stores are good, too. But I haven't explored one of those.
