Apple Cider Vinegar White Bubble

I've been applying apple cider vinegar to cystic/larger acne about every two hours. It definitely dried them up but then i noticed a white bubble around the acne, sort of like when you apple hydrogen peroxide to a wound, and when the acne "flaked off" the skin underneath had that soft white skin and a yellowish tint to the skin. What did I do...? Was it healing underneath while the acne was still visible? Did i scar myself? Please help :/

A picture would help. It is most likely just the healing process.

I would not recommend applying undiluted ACV directly on skin every 2 hours as it can be abrasive.
