Hi everyone,
I have these ting spots or bumps on my forehead, both cheeks but towards the centre of my cheeks. They dont look too bad sometimes but under certain light it looks awful and the texture of my skin looks really bumpy and rough
Some photos are attached, could you please tell me whether it is acne or not
As I have been on many medications and nothing seems to be making a difference
Dont suffer much from cystic acne unless around the time of the month. But these spots are all over my forehead and cheeks making it look very bumpy and ive had these for 4yrs now

From the pictures, it really only looks like you have one very small pimple rather than full out acne. The rest looks like small hyperpigmentation/dark marks. You can help fade them and get a better texture on your skin by exfoliating weekly to help get rid of dead skin cells. You could also try looking into products with AHA and BHA as they do a wonderful job at fading markings.

I do suffer from hyperpigmentation but it shouldn't really give me a rough sandpapery texture

Thank you for replying. It looks dry but its not and its quite wrinkly ish. Now and then it can be itchy but not all the time. But its not flaky at all. And i have the same going down on my cheeks near the nose.
I have used a retinoid cream in the past which hasn't helped
