Flipskater 0 Posted November 8, 2004 morning- -wash face with cold water and use cetaphil antibacterial soap for cleanser -then stri-dex pads 5 min later - then 10% bp vanishing 5 min later night- shower (medium warm temp.) -not get any water on my face in the shower -then get out and use cetaphil antibacterial soap -then stri-dex pads 5 min later - then 10% bp vanishing 5 min later i think SA will work with BP bc SA unclogs pores and gets dead skin cells off... then the BP can get into the pore easier making better results possibly... im gonna experiment with moisturizer in a week and see if results are better. if this doesnt work im considering b5 supplements

darkacid 0 Posted November 10, 2004 Go with B5, dude. Don't waste any more time or energy on a regimen that simply won't work. ←
chitown77 1 Posted November 11, 2004 Darkacid B5 is Vitamin B5 (pantothenic acid) You can buy it at any vitamin shop or health store. There was a study a few years ago by a Chinese man who discovered that large doses of vitamin B5 make that body produce less oil. Less oily skin = less acne. Do some research, and you'll find that there are lots of people who have had tremendous success with this treatment, while all others (including Accutane) have failed. I have been documenting my progress daily in a thread on this website in the Personal Regimen Logs section, called Dave's B5 Progress Log. Check it out. Good Luck.
