Have you tried using a natural oil (i.e. rosehip, jojoba)?

I use pure organic rosehip oil (just a few drops) on my skin and it's enough to keep it moisturised even on isotretinoin ('Roaccutane').

Also, do you know why your skin is dry now (weather, dehydration, medication)? Getting to the root cause may be of benefit to you. I suggest trying to drink more water (and tea if you enjoy it) too, it may help !
