It sounds like whatever you are putting on your skin after the cetaphil might be over-drying. Also, are you using the Cetaphil for sensitive skin, or the cetaphil for oily skin? I find the oily skin one to be WAY too drying and quite irritating. If you are using the kind marked for oily skin, you might try switching to the original "Sensitive Skin" cetaphil cleanser. Also - you may consider including a good moisturizer in your skin care routine.
