http://www.smh.com.au/lifestyle/beauty/how-often-should-we-shower-much-less-often-than-you-think-20150310-140487.html

So a study shows that showering too much may lead to the natural oils of the skin being stripped. I have stopped showering as much and I have noticed an improvement in the skin on my body. However I still wash my face once a day and there hasn't been much difference. If I apply this concept to my face as well do you think it can work? Has anybody tried washing their face less often and have they noticed an improvement? The article says we really only need to shower 1-3 times a week while I usually shower daily and wash my face daily. So what if I wash my face 1-3 times a week? Has anybody tried washing their face 1-3 times a week?

Thank you

I found out that washing my face with just water (once a day, during the shower, without touching my face) works the best for me. I only apply apple cider vinegar 15 to 30 minutes after shower to balance the Ph of the skin.
