Something I Turn To When My Acne Gets Really Red

Hi all, a few people have asked me about this so I went a step further and made something that is a step-by-step 3-day regimen you can follow. You can print the 2nd sheet off to use as a reference and follow along over the 3 days.

I use it when I have new pimples pop up and especially when my skin is looking inflamed / red.

i agree treatment your acne from inside out is absolute true from experience

but i dont agree on eating the same diet while taking anti inflammtory vitamins/food because thats counterproductive
