Masturbation causes acne?

I've gone for months without masturbating and my skin never cleared

So I have started the "No Fap" thing, going on two weeks now. It have cleared up my acne completely and I did feel more young again .

However this night I got a wet dream, I know its a natural thing but will It be the same results as I get from masturbation (acne breakouts) or will it be less since I didn't watch porn or actually masturbated, it was just a wet dream.

You should be fine OP. For some people such as myself, abstaining works wonders for clearing skin up completely, for others it doesn't.
