So for over a week now there have been some red itchy bumps on my face. They are definitely not pimples and don't show any signs of becoming one. They are somewhat dry and rough. I've tried to spot treat them with BP and AHA but they seemed to get worse, so now I'm just putting ice and moisturizer on them. This helps reduce the inflammation but only for some time. They just don't go away! I attached a pic.

I've been on the regimen for roughly 5 months now and that's the first time I experience such reaction.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
