Hi guys ive had a breakout since the beginning of December 2014 and every spot is leaving a red mark (no real indentations tho). What type of acne is this (it's only on my right cheek and jaw). It's making me so depressed I can't even hide it with make up and I don't know why this has happened. I'm 30 btw.

your primary doctor should be able to help you for now until you get a referral. for now i would use a gentle cleanser followed by a toner with aha and then spot treat with bp. if you dont want to use a toner then i would use a moisturizer with aha in it nightly instead. they have some on this site that is a pretty decent price.

Thank u Tracy ive never heard of AHA's I think I'll look for an AHA moisturiser. My skin is always quite dry and dehydrated even when I drink loads of water it's crazy. Ive tried bp cream (Duac) and it just makes my spots irritated and red. At the moment I'm using either cleanser with SA or just a flannel and water, sudocrem on my two active spots and bio oil on the red scars.
