I'm 23, weigh about 125- 130 lbs and am looking for a cod liver oil supplement to take to help with my acne & general health. I stumbled across this one:


It has added Evening Primose oil, which I know a lot of women have found helpful for their hormonal acne. Do you think it would be a good idea to try this particular supplement, given that both cod liver oil and evening primrose oil is supposed to be effective? Or is it best to stay with pure CLO?
