Best Supplements

A website call Acne Project suggested these 3 supplements as the best for acne:

Green Tea Extract, L-Lysine, A Daily Multi-vitamin

Do you think these would be enough to keep acne under control or would more supplements be needed? I've not heard too much about L-Lysine.

There is no such thing as a best supplement. Different things will work for different people. Those supplements will be a good place to start though.
