Well im no specialist or anything but i would say mainly ice pick and box car scars. Possible treatment probably tca cross or needling. I highly recommend to visit a dermatologist before doing any treatments at home.

You have Boxcars & Icepicks scarring And TCA Cross can be very risky and make things worst. I would do skin-needling such as the dermapen, But if money is not a problem I would go for the Fraxel Re:pair laser resurfacing for texture. If you have any deep indented scars I would recommend subcision along with dermal fillers to elevate the scarring thats if you have any deep indented scars.

Hey there,

I think we have similar scars- you have some ice picks (V shaped, because they're very narrow and deep), box scars ( U-shaped, because they're not as deep but take more territory than V) and rolling scars (W shaped, because they give wavelike appearance and are not deep).

The good part is that you have very few V scars so it should be easier for you to treat your skin.
