Is It Okay To Use Jojoba Oil And Acne.org Aha+ With The Regimen?

So this article here: http://www.acne.org/regimen-help.html#mistakes mentions:

  • Adding in other products or steps

It is important that you wait until you are completely clear before adding in other products or steps to the Acne.org Regimen. After you are completely clear, it is safe to add in one variable at a time and see how your skin will react.

Does this count for things like AHA+ and Jojoba Oil? Because the regimen really only specifically mentions the cleanser, the BP, and the moisturizer.

Would it be okay to encorporate Jojoba Oil and AHA+ into the regimen when first starting out?

If so, at what part in the steps would you use AHA+/Jojoba Oil?

Sorry for my OCD, but yeah, it's been pretty strongly emphasized that a strict procedure is the best way to go.

That article refers to other products, not the Acne.org product line. You may add in the jojoba oil from the start, although Dan does suggest waiting about a month before adding in the AHA lotion.

Cool! Also what part of the process should AHA be used? Right after BP before moisturizing??

AHA+ should be used after BP in place of your moisturizer, 1-2 times per week. AHA+ contains a built-in moisturizer, so no need to moisturize after. Or can be used every day by applying a 50/50 mix of AHA+ and moisturizer.
