Thinking of going on them.

Im doign paleo eating, 30 mg zing + copper

Lactoferrin

Vitmin b6

vitamin A (cod liver oil)

multi vitamin / trace mineral

magnesium/calcium (algaecal)

I've tried both high carb low fat and low fat high carb.

Running out of things to try.

Have u tried retinol 2.5 and vitamin D. Vitamin D reduces sebum and retinol 2.5 uncloggeds pores and reduces keratin. which makes skin cells stick and block pores.

Instead of taking all these vitamins, try some strong probiotics and avoid milk. 

Antibiotics will work, but you need a good skincare routine too. You only mention the diet, not what products you are using.
