I have 20% strength at home but it burns so god damn much i can never apply it. Can't find any reviews of this product on the site. I was prescribed this product by my dermatologist, yet i haven't seen anyone comment on its anti-blackhead properties.

Haven't been on these boards in a while, its been a year since i got clear skin but i still have a moderate blackhead problem that i'd like to address!

peace!

My derm told me to use skinoren during summer for my acne and also blackheads. Tried it for 3 or 4 months. The burning is normal, I got that too. I didn't see any improves with my blackheads but my hyperpigmentation scars faded. It lightened my skin a lot.

I believe skinoren it's the same thing as azelex (not totally sure though).

Manuka honey is good for treating acne, blackheads and acne scars since it is high in antibacterial properties that prevents infection associated with acne. I've been using it for a month now and i'm happy to see some improvements on my face.

I used it for 5 weeks and it lightened my scars but did nothing for breakouts. I'm sticking to a healthy diet and Manuka honey.
