I'm a 13 year old, and I have occasional acne. I workout many times during the week, and I use the proactive stuff. I'm super good at not touching my face and everything but I still get pimples! I don't want to use this regimen stuff because I have really oily skin and I know it will probably make it very dry. Do any of you have suggestions?

Acne is a skin infection that shows up when excess sebum oil production blocks the skin's pores. It results to painful and unsightly red swollen pimples, spots or zits. It is very common in teenage years. There are a number of over the counter Acne and pimple treatments available, however some are known to have quite serious side effects. You can use the natural acne treatment as a safe alternative with no side effects at all. Manuka honey, for example, is a powerful antibacterial that penetrates deeply into the skins pores, softens blackheads and whiteheads and kills the bacteria that causes acne.
