Okay, I am in the same boat as many of you are. I care about the aesthetic appeal of my skin and I do my best to keep it clear. As a matter of point, I wil recommend something for you all. Recently, a few months ago in fact, I went to a local spa to get a facial. It ran about $125 and it included about 1.5-2 hrs. of treatment. This included the actual facial and multiple masks (sulphur, etc.). The facial was honestly quite painful because it removes the dead pimples from the surface of the skin. Forewarned, cystic areas hurt for a remarkably long time and initially your skin will appear heavily irritated. After a few days, the acne spots will diminish (they appear like burns initially) and the skin will look much better. The lady recommended going every few months, but that is to your discretion. Give this a try if you'd like, it might help quite a bit albeit it is quite expensive.
