I would recommend that you use a moisturizer as often as needed to remedy the dryness caused by the Benzoyl Peroxide

I would recommend hydrocortisone to take down some swelling and redness.

I'm in a similar situation right now!

I would recommend not touching it or doing anything. It will go away. Maybe moisturize, nothing more.

If you fiddle with it, your chances of doing long term damage drastically increase..

I'd recommend a 2.5% BP if you can get it...just as effective as 5% and way less harsh...Neutrogena On The Spot 2.5% BP is available in most drugstores. Other than that, just try to leave it alone.
