25, Male, just started having acne on my forehead and temples within the last six months. I've been hopping around different products with no real education on acne or what to use. It has become annoying enough that I am now actively trying to tame this.

My main question: I exercise nearly every day around noon - how should I be treating my face after sweating and showering in the middle of the day?

Should I be treating my entire face or just my problem areas?

Appreciate any help or advice on what Acne.org products would be beneficial!

If your acne is localized to just that certain area, you can just treat that area and not the entire face. Dan does not, however, recommend washing during the middle of the day even if you have worked out. Please read here: http://www.acne.org/faq.html#sweat

Hope that helps!

Began the Regimen Wednesday night (Oct 22) and have already noticed some great results. Nothing out of this world, as it has only been four days, but my skin is noticeably less irritated and looks "cleaner". It should be noted that I have significantly cleaned up my diet as well during the past 7 days, and will continue to do so. Either way, I'm excited to continue the plan and see where it takes me.

A question: should I start "over-moisturizing" now to get ahead of potentially dry skin? I have not noticed any overly dry skin, but was thinking of adding in a little Jojoba oil with my nighttime moisturizer. Thoughts?
