How are you sure of that? Where do you live if you don't mind me asking? What company do you go through to get your water? I'd go ahead and buy a filtration system and only use filtered water to cleanse my skin. You can get a cheap filter to throw on your faucets. Maybe inspect the water system or complain the the place providing your water and explain the issue?

I sincerely doubt your tap water is causing acne
