I was thinking about buying Niacin pills to take orally if I don't find my luck in Vitamin E pills (400 IU) which I just bought.

I just started using Niacin and noticed pretty good results so far.

From what I have red, the 'flush' kind, or just straight up "B3 / Nicotenic acid" is the most effective at getting results.

It is the only kind I have used and can recommend.

I personally started off at 100 MG, then worked my way up. I quickly can take 1,000-2,000 MG with extremely minimal flush.

i think 500 MG a day would be a decent daily dose for treatment of acne, on the low end.
